Ticket purchases-All ticket purchases are non-refundable. Tickets for entry will not be mailed to the purchaser. The name of the purchaser will be on a list at the entry of the door. If purchasing for a group of people, the name of the person that purchased for the group will be listed at the door with the corresponding number of tickets purchased. The purchaser and the party under the name of the purchaser will have in and out privilages during the day after inital entry, with wristbands given to denote prior payment. Please print your reciept of purchase and bring it with you as a secondary proof of purchase. Upon ticket purchase , it will be assumed that you have read these conditions.
Deposits-All deposits are non-refundable as it holds your space in the event and entitles you to applicable promotional discounts. Deposits made prior to August 5 will require payment in full by August 15. You can purchase exhibit space after the August 15 deadline but your rate will be subject to reduced discounts, with payment due in full to hold your space. If you have made a deposit and need additional concessions, you must call 313.850.4507 or email thefullerwomanexpo@gmail.com to advise prior to the August 15 deadline. Upon making a deposit, it will be assumed that you have read these conditions.
Exhibitor Guidelines-all exhibitor guidelines provided by the hotel and The Fuller Woman LLC. wiill be given no later than August 15 by electronic submission. Once given you will be asked to respond with your acknowledgement. An circumstances that may dictate non adhereance to the guidelines must be discussed prior to September 19, 2010 by calling 313.492.1991 or emailing presstfwe@gmail.com. These guidelines will provided in paper form at the door where you will again acknowledge reciept in writing.
